Sefla Fuhrman is a gifted, compassionate, and hardworking educator who focuses on assisting people from all walks of life to realize their goals and aspirations. She endeavours to determine what distinguishes individuals, where their abilities reside, and how to optimize them in pursuit of their long-term objectives.

Sefla Fuhrman always knew she would devote her life to assisting others growing up. This was apparent as early as her senior school years. She was always one of the first students to offer for projects, and she took the time to assist her peers with anything they required. She was inspired to volunteer after hearing stories about her mother's cousin in one of the earliest Peace Corps Volunteers groups. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Washington in 1996.
